Pioneer District 2025 Spring Convention Registration Form

Online registration is open! Be sure to register yourself and any accompanying attendees as soon as possible using the link above.

• FEB 27 - APRIL 7: "Early bird" registration ($50 + any additional competitor and/or event fees)
• APRIL 8 - 20: Online registration remains open ($60 + any additional competitor and/or event fees)

If you are unable to register prior to April 21st, you can register onsite starting at noon on Friday (April 25).

Hotel

AC Hotel and the Hyatt Hotel

3150 E. Michigan Ave

The hotels, while different brands, are connected by a hallway. Each hotel has its own front desk staff. Both hotels have restaurants.

The room rate for both hotels will be $129 per night. Parking will be free.

Convention registration, the Harmony Marketplace, and all of our meetngs and workshops will be in the AC Hotel.

Contest

Our contests will be held in the auditorium at Lansing Catholic Central High School (501 Marshall St Lansing, MI 48912)

Chorus and Quartet Contest Registration opens on February 27, 2025 and will close two weeks prior to convention on April 10, 2025.
